Now converted to a coffee farmer, Pepe makes coffees like he climbed the peaks, in the feat!

TASTING NOTE

  • Nose: The aromas are delicate and remind of brioche and orchard fruits.
  • On the palate: The cup is fine and offers notes of honey, Reine-Claude plum and toffee. The body is silky and ample and the finish is subtle and fruity.
