TASTING NOTE

  • In the nose: refined and comforting, evoking notes of buttered madeleine, dates and floral pear
  • In the mouth: notes of madeleine and pear remain and combine with butterscotch, yellow melon and red fruit undertones. The texture is round and smooth.

The length in the mouth is full, long on notes of chocolate truffle and clementine zest.
